Very good, very basic guide to estate and gift planning and taxation in Louisiana, which is different from every other state in the union. If you live in Louisiana and don't understand usufruct, read this book. It's an awesome tool for Louisiana residents in that usufruct has a huge advantage over a Qtip trust that estate planners in the other 49 states use.
